Brief Overview of "Faor`a"
And yet I made it to the gamer. I immediately started looking for my favorite games. Browser projects have always been a priority for me. The advantages of browser games are something everyone can decide for themselves.
And here I found the Faor page. I was unpleasantly surprised that no one has yet decided to write a review of this wonderful game.
"Well, if not me, then who?" I thought. I rushed into Faor, took a few screenshots, and now I will bore you with my mistakes.
You can compare "Faor" with "Dofus" as much as you want, but denying its uniqueness in the browser game market of Runet is at least foolish.
A bit about the developers.
Faor is made by a young and ambitious team from St. Petersburg, which is the St. Petersburg branch of the "monster" of browser games IT-Territory.
A lot... A lot of flash and a lot of graphics
The game is extensive. Currently, the huge traffic consumption is not even alleviated by the client. But... it is worth it. For browser games, the graphics are top-notch. The character rendering, items, mobs - all at the highest level.
There are such amusing creatures in Faor that they bring a smile. From the very beginning, players will have to kill many kittens and mice. However, their "amusingness" does not prevent them from killing players.
Combat
Combat currently takes place in battles of 5x5 and 6x6 cells. The fights are turn-based. Approach, hit, and retreat. When players get tired of beating monsters, they head to the arena. So far, there is no developed PvP system, nor group battles. But the developers promise to delight us with these innovations in the near future.
What has been done?
In my 4 months in Faor, the game has changed significantly.
Currently, mobs up to level 8 have been introduced. There is item\elixir drop. Clans. Trading. In short, everything needed for a normal game at the initial stage of development.
What awaits us?
Factions, PvP, etc. A standard set of browser games in a non-standard implementation. And a kilogram of humor. Yes, the developers position "Faor" as "humorous fantasy."
Who plays this?
Despite the "childish" graphics, the project is played by both people under 20 and those over 30. With different occupations, ranging from "schoolchildren" to "businessmen."
Overall, "Faor" is a pleasant visually appealing project. I won't write tons of text here about its uniqueness for Runet, etc. Just go and try it for yourself.
Sincerely, Prime.
