The dark atmosphere of the game captivates literally from the first minutes. This is largely facilitated by the art design. Bodiless inhabitants, black-and-white palette, emotions of characters are expressed solely through their eyes. Each character has their own set of qualities and reactions, everyone has their own attitude towards what is happening and each requires an individual approach. And since the player controls a manager of an apartment building, finding that approach is essential.
Depending on the tactic chosen by the player - whether to be a government favorite or an underground revolutionary - the ending of the story depends (and there are dozens of endings, just as many options to choose from).
The musical design adds to the atmosphere - tragic, with a sense of hopelessness.

Your TASK is to install hidden cameras, tap conversations, conduct secret searches of apartments, and gather compromising evidence. Your GOAL is to prevent illegal activities and identify unreliable citizens. Your OBLIGATION is to report all detected violations!
How will you wield this power?
Will you become a soulless tool in the hands of a totalitarian machine?
Or will you remain a human capable of empathy and compassion?
Will you report the head of the family and destroy the family? Or will you allow him to correct himself, turning a blind eye to illegal activities? Or will you resort to blackmail - perhaps the only way to acquire expensive medicine for your sick daughter? What if they are watching you too?

You will meet dozens of residents, learn about their problems and worries, uncover all their secrets. And every decision you make will influence the course of events, bringing you closer to one of many possible outcomes.
What will the ending be? - It is up to you! But every choice has consequences!
