Might & Magic Heroes Kingdoms offers everyone the chance to once again find themselves in the beautiful world of heroes, sword, and magic. Might & Magic Heroes Kingdoms is a browser game from Ubisoft, developed based on the famous gaming universe. So what does this free RPG in the browser offer players? At the start, you need to choose one of the four races to play – Necropolis, Academy, Inferno, or Haven. The tasks are similar to what we have seen in the original 'Heroes' over the years – you need to build a powerful castle with many buildings, level up your chosen heroes, gather an army, and send them out on adventures while simultaneously destroying monsters and hostile players.
Every new player in Might & Magic Heroes Kingdoms has their own city to develop. Initially, there is hardly anything in it, but over time, players can build new unique structures. Developing the city’s infrastructure is a very important aspect for every user of Might & Magic Heroes Kingdoms. If this game aspect is neglected, your army will consist of low-level fighters, which will negatively affect the overall combat capability of the units. To avoid this, you should construct buildings where you can hire new types of units at the first opportunity.
Each race has access to seven types of units and seven upgrades. This results in a total of 14 classes of troops that can be summoned to service. Building structures and hiring soldiers requires resources obtained from mines, quarries, and other 'money' locations. With a sufficient amount of materials, strong walls can be built around the city, making any siege quite problematic for your enemies. In Might & Magic Heroes Kingdoms, you can change heroes and buy/sell resources – the first process takes place at the tavern, and the second at the market. By the way, the process of hiring heroes and leveling up has hardly changed since the earliest games in the series.
A player calls forth a preferred hero and equips them with troops, after which they are sent into battles where the hero gains experience and increases their level. The obtained skill points are distributed among the necessary skills and characteristics. The hero can learn magical tricks that will help them win battles. A vast list of spells can be explored in the Towers of Mages. By the way, a few words about the battles themselves – they also remain unchanged. The armies of opposing sides take turns, heroes use magic, and the goal of each battle is to rout the enemy's forces and send them fleeing.
Might & Magic Heroes Kingdoms follows the tenets of the original series almost entirely; it's just that now it is not a client-based game, but a browser-based one. If you are a fan of the Might & Magic universe, you will feel right at home in Might & Magic Heroes Kingdoms.
