On December 18 at 19:00, the Business and Design Institute B&D will host a workshop and book signing with Oleg Dobroshtan, author of the book "Manager in the IT Industry: How to Manage Yourself, Your Team, and Projects".

Oleg Dobroshtan is a practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in building and managing teams. He has worked at Astrum Entertainment, Disney, 101 XP, as well as at the Business and Design Institute B&D, combining industrial expertise with teaching and conveying management tools.

Based on his experience, Oleg wrote the book "Manager in the IT Industry: How to Manage Yourself, Your Team, and Projects," published a month ago by the Bombora publishing house.

At the workshop, Oleg will discuss key principles of leadership and management: how to build processes, maintain focus on goals, make decisions in uncertain conditions, and support the team without burning out oneself. Participants will also learn about the stages of leadership development and leadership styles in different companies and teams.

There will be practical advice on how to create the most autonomous and strong team of professionals that operates not on "manual control," but on clear principles and agreements.
