Screenplay and Synopsis Competition for the Berloga Universe
We invite young authors working with science fiction, teenage, and family films, who want to develop domestic settings, to submit applications for the "Berloga" competition of screenplays and synopses for fantastic cinema.
What is "Berloga"
"Berloga" is a techno-optimistic universe of bear-engineers and cosmic pioneers, created in Russia in 2023 as part of the National Cyber-Physical Platform. Useful computer and mobile games are already being developed about the world of bear engineers and cosmic pioneers, along with comics, stories, board games, and an animated series. The number of users of the platform's games has exceeded 660,000 people.
In 2026, filmmakers are invited to contribute to the development of the universe.
Participation Conditions
The competition is held in two categories:
• feature-length live-action or animated films
• animated or live-action series
Participants are not restricted in genres or approaches—the main thing is to preserve the spirit of the universe, where teenage bear cubs have access to advanced technologies and are ready to solve local and global problems with their help.
An author or a team of up to three people can submit applications. There are no age or citizenship restrictions for participants. Applications are accepted in Russian.

Submissions are open until August 25, 2026. The composition of the expert commission will be announced later.
What Winners Will Receive
Authors from the shortlist will enter an educational program with producers, screenwriters, writers, and the competition organizers.
The best graduates of the program will receive an invitation to pitch at the XV Moscow International Festival of Motivational Cinema "Let’s Live!", where they will be able to present projects to representatives of production companies, online platforms, festivals, and studios.
Winners of the categories receive 300,000 rubles for the production of a teaser or completion of a project.

The Association of Technological Circles Participants is a project office for the implementation of the road map of the National Technological Initiative (NTI) in the direction of "Circle Movement". The association forms and develops a nationwide community—the NTI Circle Movement, which encompasses over one million schoolchildren, students, and mentors across all regions of the country. Among the initiatives of the NTI Circle Movement are: the National Technological Olympiad, the National Cyber-Physical Platform "Berloga", the digital platform "Talent", and the Digital Portfolio Competition for applicants "Talent NTO", the All-Russian Competition of Circles, project schools, and other projects.
The National Cyber-Physical Platform (NCPF) "Berloga" is a nationwide project for mass involvement of schoolchildren in technology through useful mobile and video games. The project is based on the gaming platform "Berloga", created by Russian developers, on which a series of free useful mobile and video games is released in a unified setting of the "Berloga" universe. Since 2023, four flagship games and more than 20 mini-games from indie developers have been released on the platform. The number of users of the NCPF "Berloga" games has exceeded 660,000 people.
