Mini-Normandy - mini-review
At the end of April this year, Bioware announced a replica of the "Normandy" from [Mass Effect 3](/games?search=Mass Effect 3). The model was supposed to be released in November and was sold on the website for 35 dollars. Naturally, I wanted to buy it for that price, but the shipping cost, which was also about 35 dollars, deterred me. So I postponed the purchasing decision until the Normandy appeared on eBay, where I eventually ordered it.
The total cost of the replica and shipping from Canada is 1432 rubles and 63 kopecks.
The order was made on November 6, it was shipped on the 7th, and today I received the package at the post office.
The box itself is small and quite light - about 450 grams.
Those who purchased the model also receive a code for activation, which currently activates nothing.
I'm glad that the company cared for the buyers and packed the Normandy in a foam coffin. With such a case, one need not worry about the model getting damaged during shipping.
The model is small but neat. It's a pity that the clear stand, which was shown in the preliminary mock-ups, was replaced with a black one.
