Oh My Dog!: Hero Guide — How to Build a Squad of Dogs
Oh My Dog! is a free idle RPG on Telegram. The talking Dog God summons 50 to 100 warrior dogs for a tired office worker, each with a distinct look, combat role, and unique ability. Battles happen automatically, so the whole game is about preparing your squad. Here’s how to approach it.
Squad roles
Some heroes take the hits (tanks), some deal damage, and others heal and support the team. Victory goes not to the one with the biggest number, but to the team whose roles complement one another. The heroes include, for example, Dog Father and Husky Lee—the names make it clear what we were hinting at.
How to power up your heroes
Level up — upgrade your favorites.
Gear — each hero has their own.
Pets — another source of power.
Who to level up first
Here’s a simple tip: first build a balanced team with different roles, then invest in the heroes who go into battle most often. You’ll need survivability against bosses, while aggression matters more in the PvP arena.
Where to test your lineup
Dungeons, bosses, a PvP arena against real players, alliances, and guild battles. Progress continues offline, too: close the game, and your squad keeps getting stronger.
