The Early Access Roadmap for The Guild I Remake: Europa 1410 Has Been Published
Very soon, on September 17, the medieval entrepreneur simulator The Guild I Remake: Europa 1410 will enter Early Access. In total, 300,000 users have added the game to their wishlists.
The game was renamed The Guild I Remake because the core fan base had been waiting for a sequel to The Guild 2: Renaissance, which still receives patches and updates, as well as The Guild 3. For this reason, Ashborne Games began positioning the new installment as a remake of the first The Guild (2002).
The Czech studio Ashborne Games has also published a development roadmap for the remake of the first “Guild.”
At the beginning of Early Access, players will have access to eight professions:
- Blacksmith;
- Tailor;
- Carpenter;
- Mason;
- Cleric;
- Tavern keeper;
- Alchemist;
- Perfumer.
And six cities:
- Kutná Hora (Kuttenberg);
- Graz;
- Nuremberg;
- Wrocław;
- Freiburg;
- Landsfort Herle (tutorial map).
The thief, guard, and bandit professions will be added alongside an update that significantly expands the combat system. After the patch, you will be able to rename children and businesses.
The second major update will add multiplayer for 12 players. You can also look forward to the start of voting on the addition of a new city. The majority of users will determine which city is added next.
The banker and merchant professions will be added after release, once the game’s economy has been fully polished. Before the third, release update, version 1.0, a second vote on adding a new city will take place.
German and English will be available at launch, and the studio Ashborne Games will add other languages during Early Access. Confirmed languages include French, Spanish, Czech, Polish, Russian, and Simplified Chinese.
