From GTO to VR Simulators: The First Festival 'Cyberzarnitsa 2025' Concluded in Moscow
On September 21, the first sports and entertainment festival 'Cyberzarnitsa 2025' took place at the Grand Sports Arena in Luzhniki. The event became a large-scale celebration of sports, esports, and modern technologies. It was organized by the Department of Sports of Moscow, the Department of Education and Science of Moscow, the Federation of Computer Sports of Moscow, and the Moscow branch of DOSAAF.
One of the highlights of 'Cyberzarnitsa 2025' was a show match in Counter-Strike 2. The star of the match was popular video blogger Vlad A4, who entered the arena alongside Seized, Dosia, and other professional esports athletes and influencers.
Festival visitors could test their skills in a variety of disciplines: from sports orienteering and tactical medicine to working with weapons and technology. Many took the opportunity to meet the GTO standards. Interactive zones, including VR simulators, UAV control, laser tag, modern training devices, and military-tactical immersion zones, were particularly popular.
“'Cyberzarnitsa 2025' is a vivid example of how to combine sports, esports, and modern technologies to create a unique and memorable event for the whole family,” said the president of the Federation of Computer Sports of Moscow Maxim Fler. “The event generated great interest among a wide audience, many influencers and press representatives visited the venue, and the total number of guests speaks for itself — not every event gathers such a number of people, even in a big city like Moscow. We hope that 'Cyberzarnitsa' will become an annual event.”
