Rules of Conduct and Other Joys
Here are my hands finally reaching to write a post on the topic of... news, rules, and all that.
As Munchkin already reported, coming to work when I'm still asleep, we are starting to concentrate information about Vara on the Gamer website. There are many reasons for this, but there is one main reason: Gamer is a great platform for communication between players who are into distinctly different games.
Our call to communicate on Gamer should be perceived as follows: the information collected by active players about the game settles on clan sites and forums, which does not make it easy to find this information. Here, you get not only a convenient platform for publishing various helps and guides but also a broad audience consisting not only of those already familiar with the game but also of people who know nothing about the game yet but could become your allies or opponents in the world of Vara.
Everything that will be written further applies more to the players of Vara who have come to Gamer and do not know what to do next :)
So, what can and should you do?
Communicate :)
Write posts. With descriptions, guides, gaming humor, news, photo reports of meetings... in short, everything related to the game.
Write comments. Discuss and exchange opinions.
Give thumbs up to the posts and comments you like.
What should you not do?
The administration's policy of Vara is such that you can do everything... that is possible :) The administration's policy of Gamer is slightly different, so please do not put yourself and us in a difficult position. Don't flood, don't multi-account for thumbs up, etc. See yourself well.
What is the joy and how to achieve it?
The game administration has already prepared several perks for the most active authors of posts on the topic of Vara. The perks will be three rings, which will be awarded for various merits such as creating a post that has become silver or gold.
A post becomes silver or gold by receiving many thumbs up from site visitors (currently, silver is 70 thumbs up, as far as I know). So, the recipe for getting a ring is quite simple: write interesting posts, get thumbs up, receive a ring.
A few tips
Gamer is a social platform with RPG elements. The level here is upgraded by writing comments. But you should flood carefully. At least try not to make two comments in a row in one post. If you want to reply to several people, it’s better to do it in one comment, actively using the "quote" button :) And you can flood not only in the Vara blog but also in the blogs of other games.
As your level increases, so does the number of thumbs up you can give to a comment, post, or game. At my 9th level, I can give 3 thumbs up at once.
The administration of Gamer loves original posts written specifically for Gamer and not reprinted from elsewhere, and marks such posts with medals.
To keep other visitors of Gamer in tune, it's better not to create new posts too often. Several consecutive posts dedicated to one game often annoy. And the topics you can dedicate a post to are not infinite.
That's it. I hope I haven't forgotten anything.
