The final qualifying matches took place in Moscow at the Winstrike esports arena in two stages. The qualifying tournament could be followed online. In the grand final, the two strongest teams met: Who Cares? and AoeXe. Both teams had previously participated in world championships for [Point Blank](/games?search=Point Blank) in different years: Who Cares? represented Russia at PBIC 2023 in Bangkok, while AoeXe took home the bronze at PBIC 2024 in Jakarta. The teams had to play on five maps: "Storm in the Desert", "Palazzo", "Midtown", "Secret Sanctuary", and "Business Center". To win, they needed to prevail over their opponent on three of them.
As a result of the competition, the team Who Cares? took first place with a score of 3:1. Andrey "WhоCares.505.LF" Kalugin, Vladimir "WhоCares.R1chhLA" Lyashenko, Kirill "WhоCares.K1ryaLA" Fyodorov, Oleg "WhоCares.Zeee" Konovnin, and Denis "WhоCares.Nupaqt" Proskurin will represent the CIS server at the international PBIC 2025 championship in Turkey.
