Everything written in this post is a joke, a product of my sick mind, but as we know, there is a grain of truth in every joke, so let's draw conclusions.
So, what do you need to write your silver/gold/diamond post?
Firstly, you need to choose a section in which we will create the post. Of course, it’s obvious that it should be a section from the top ten games, preferably from the top three.
Do not create a post in sections: "about everything", "Industry news", "gaming hardware" - it is unlikely to reach silver, plus there is a high chance that it has already been covered in the game's personal blog (this post is a vivid example of how problematic it is to reach silver in "About everything").
Secondly, you need to choose a topic that should be as controversial as possible, so that everyone can express their opinion, even if they have never played the game, and just passed by. How to come up with this topic? If you know at least something about the game, it will be much easier for you since there is always information that developers hide until the last moment, but you can visit the official forum and sort topics by the number of comments, for example:

The new weapon acquisition system - a complaint that was blown up so much on the official game forum that basic topics about the update were not there, absolutely everything was flooded with it, and it moved to our favorite Gamer.ru =)
Schoolboys and microphones - maybe all complaints should be taken to a separate topic? =)
Classes in Team Fortress 2, which is your favorite? - Your humble servant also tried to pull something like this off, but there were few comments =)
From general topics, you can create posts like: your computer configuration, your favorite strategy, your desktop wallpaper, where to download wallpapers, your attitude towards pirated products, whether to shave underarms crossed out.
Thirdly, to create a silver/gold/diamond post, you can just come up with some game or nobly steal it from the nearest forum/Vkontakte/Odnoklassniki.
Unfortunately, Diablo 3 did not stand out in this regard, perhaps everything will change after the game's release.

One of the most foolish ways to write a super-duper post is for the author himself to create a post, as it will take a lot of time to write the article, and whether it will be valued at its worth is a very serious question, because if you just copy, you hardly put in any effort, everything is brought to the standard form of an article, there is no need to make your own screenshots, all the work is already done for you, you just need to copy it correctly =)
And remember, NEVER, do you hear, NEVER check your post for grammatical mistakes, the presence of correctly placed commas-hyphens-dashes: colons.... write after a period with a lowercase letter, etc., because this will attract supporters of the purity of the Russian language, they will spark controversy in your topic, which will benefit you, as from this you will gain experience.
