The miner, the baby, and the lawyer
*Vacation is a good and even wonderful thing in itself. As souvenirs from trips, everyone brings back something that interests them. Rimini is an outlet zone, the free Republic of San Marino is a tax-free haven, Milan... the capital of high fashion, right. In the largest shopping center in Rimini, a "GameStop" store was discovered, where in the PC games section one can dig up if not everything, then a whole lot. For example, a couple of collectible boxes with expansions for "[Dark Age of Camelot](/games?search=Dark Age of Camelot)" for €9.98 are still waiting for connoisseurs :) But while you can buy "The Witcher" or "[King's Bounty](/games?search=King's Bounty)" in Russia, even if not in the language of Dante's descendants, collectible editions of indie masterpieces can hardly be found, except by order on Amazon.
So. They were dug up from the shelves and pressed to the heart:
• [The Binding of Isaac](/games?search=The Binding of Isaac) (€14.98)
• Terraria (€14.98)
• Syberia. Volume 1 (€4.98)
Box 1. “Miner”
A regular dvd box in a cardboard sleeve.
A regular cd disk with the game client, which is still unnecessary to anyone because a Steam key is included.
A poster. Well, yes, quite creative. Although personally, I would have preferred nice original art (see below). And ironing it is quite a quest.
The main layout can also be used as a pattern for cross-stitching ;)

Cards of mobs. Curious. However, how many boxes need to be bought to collect a deck and attempt to organize a board game with friends based on it?
So for what? A pickaxe! A keychain in the shape of Notch's pickaxe is unlikely to help you not lose your keys—it’s too small and light (made from something like rubber). It will likely quickly lose the inscription "Terraria" if you try to mine a bit of ore. However, the pickaxe will give you +100 reputation in the eyes of real gamers and +10 quirkiness in the eyes of everyone else. It’s worth it, I believe :)
Box 2. “Infant”
Even if it had been released with nothing in a regular box, I would still want to get "Isaac" for my collection because it’s cooler than "Skyrim" and "Minesweeper" combined. But fortunately, the publishers rightly decided that since they are selling a 40-megabyte game on disk, they should make this disk beautifully packaged. Nothing warms the soul of a fan who has gone through all circles of hell and achieved most of the achievements in the game on Steam like a truly cool box on their own shelf (a plush Krampus wouldn’t hurt either, yes)).
So. The box is cardboard. The layout features Isaac and his friends. Inside is a dvd box with the game, a poster, and an art book. The cover of the dvd case is possibly the best I've seen—no unnecessary inscriptions.

The disk contained a no-steam distribution of the game and a folder with the OST in mp3. The biggest disappointment. The music in mp3 actually comes with the Steam version; was it really so hard to make a separate disk with the soundtrack in CDA? I'm not asking for a special orchestral arrangement version just for collectors; I just love to listen to the music in good (studio) quality.
Cover for the soundtrack disk. And what's the point of this? :(
The poster. Original. You can hang it at work—+50 quirkiness and a warning if the boss checks in. Unfortunately, it is also creased multiple times, and on a dark background, the crease marks are even more noticeable.
The art book. Beautiful, interesting, cute.
Yes, the monsters in the game turned out considerably harsher than in the concepts.

Thus, there is a very beautiful box that could have contained even more goodies, but nevertheless, it still brings joy just by the fact of its existence.
Box 3. “Lawyer”
Do you love steel boxes as much as Akvariti does? :)
Seeing this silver wonder with the silhouette of a mammoth, I could only say "nyah!"
As an optional but pleasant bonus, a double-sided disk with the game is included with the box, which can be inserted into a dvd player and, settling down on the couch in front of the TV with an Italian-Russian dictionary, recall the rains of Vladilen, the Amazonian cuckoos from Barrokshtadt's greenhouse... And how beautifully Helena Romanski sings, even if Kate will only go to Komkolzgrad in the next chapter of her adventure.

Another bonus is a guide and walkthrough of the game in Italian.

The key to "Isaac" was ceremoniously gifted to a regular atwak, who came to the clan meeting, unlike let's not point fingers.
The key to “Terraria” will be drawn at the end of May among gamers no lower than level 3 who leave their own poster sketch in the comments to this post, which they would like to see in the game box.
