The HONOR X9e Pro smartphone is now on sale in Russia
Sales have begun in Russian electronics stores and on online marketplaces of the ultra-rugged HONOR X9e Pro smartphone, featuring a shock-resistant design, water resistance to a depth of 10 meters, and the largest battery in its class, with a capacity of 11,000 mAh. The developers call their creation “indestructible,” citing unprecedented levels of durability and battery life. And, of course, the Honor device also boasts a stylish design, compact dimensions, a light weight, and a powerful configuration.
To improve durability, a new shock-resistant beam with 12 support points—similar to the safety frames used in motorsport—has been built into the smartphone’s mid-frame. The screen is secured with a shear-resistant adhesive that reduces the risk of damage from impacts and drops. This allows the HONOR X9e Pro to withstand drops from heights of up to 3 meters onto a smooth stone floor, as well as drops from up to 1.2 meters onto uneven terrain and at various angles.
The new model also goes beyond the usual standards for water protection: in addition to the common IP68/IP69K certifications, which cover immersion for 30 minutes at depths of up to 2.5 meters and brief immersion in hot water at up to 85°C, the HONOR X9e Pro has been tested at a record depth of 10 meters. It remained fully operational thanks to an improved sealed enclosure and a multi-section design that protects key components from moisture.
The fourth-generation silicon-carbon battery, with a capacity of 11,000 mAh, gives the HONOR X9e Pro up to three days of active use. The HONOR SuperCharge 80 W charger can quickly replenish the battery, while 27 W reverse charging lets the smartphone serve as a portable power source for other devices. Even after that, it still has plenty of power left to keep going for a long time. Overall, the device is suited to long work shifts, route navigation across rugged terrain, extended workouts, multi-day trips, and situations where access to a power outlet is rare.
The HONOR X9e Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor and comes in memory configurations of 6/256 GB or 8/256 GB. Its 6.8-inch screen has a 1.5K resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate, and reaches a brightness of up to 10,000 nits, keeping information readable even in direct sunlight. The hardware is complemented by a new “Outdoors” mode with various user experience optimizations, including increased brightness, hands-free calls with noise cancellation, network resource allocation, and bad-weather alerts. For extended screen use, 10 additional eye-comfort technologies help protect your vision.
The 108 MP camera, with flagship-level CIPA 6.0 optical image stabilization, supports AI-powered image capture and editing technologies and delivers high-quality photos in any scenario, including fast-moving scenes and challenging lighting. The new “Underwater” shooting mode, combined with the smartphone’s improved water protection, offers new possibilities for extreme photography, convenient operation even with diving gloves, optimized color reproduction for underwater scenes, and automatic speaker cleaning after coming back to the surface.
The HONOR X9e Pro is available in purple, terracotta, gold, and black. The 6/256 GB configuration costs 42,990 rubles, while the 8/256 GB version costs 45,990 rubles. Buyers will also receive HONOR Care+ extended service coverage with the purchase of the smartphone, including free repairs for any damage for 1 year (but this offer is valid only until November 22).
