It is no secret that music is a very important component of any game. It sets the right mood, allows you to dive deeper into the atmosphere and feel the game world better. Some compositions have already become the calling cards of their respective games, while others are remembered only by genre fans. We invite you to participate in an exciting contest and win wonderful prizes. All you need to do is "guess the melody" and answer the question correctly!

All compositions are somehow related to computer games. You will need to know which game they are taken from and answer the corresponding question. There are simple melodies and some that are quite tricky. The questions may also have some pitfalls. To make it a bit easier for you, I’ll name the categories that the melodies and sounds of the quiz belong to:

• Each melody is preceded by a small question. To participate in the quiz, you need to send this account a private message with a list of answers to these questions. Be sure to number the questions; if you don’t know the answer, put a dash. If the melody is from a game that has sequels and addons, indicate the game/addon. Remember that the quiz may include compositions from official and unofficial game soundtracks.

IMPORTANT!!! Please write your answers according to the template given above and carefully check the numbers of your answers. This is done to simplify their checking and, accordingly, to speed up the summation of results.

• We accept only one answer from one participant. If multiple answers are submitted, only the first one will be considered!

• Answers are accepted only via private messages.

• All melodies have their own point value: from 1 to 4.

Since there are many melodies, and you may not guess all of them, we will determine the winners by the number of points scored. In case of a tie, the winner will be the one who sent their answer first.

• The deadline for submitting answers is from December 19 to December 23 inclusive. At 23:59:59 Moscow time on December 23, the acceptance of answers will be closed.
