Let's Get Married!
In the list of Steam achievements, there are several related to peaceful living. In this post, I will talk about what to do with the purchased house besides furnishing it and filling it with trophies. Oh, and incidentally, get a couple of simple artifacts. Yes, it's about marriage and the achievement "Married Bonds".
[cut]
It's also a kind of side quest that you need to find and complete. Harsh Skyrim is harsh. But we will be rewarded with an artifact and a wife/husband.
How
Oh, this harsh Skyrim. If you have previously noticed this achievement in the list or heard that you could get married in the game, then you probably wonder how it is that such a handsome young man (pretty maiden) is not offered a hand in marriage in conversations. The thing is in traditions. In the North, there is no time for courting (though some may disagree with you), so anyone wanting to gain a spouse must take the following actions:
Arrive in Riften.
It’s a city in the southeast.
Find the priest of the Temple of Mara — Maramal. He is either in the tavern "Bee and Barb" (“Bee and Barb Tavern”), where he preaches a healthy lifestyle, or in the temple.
Talk to him about the Temple of Mara.
Ask about marriages in the temple.
Buy a Mara's Amulet for 200 coins.
Wear the amulet.
If in the conversation with the person you like there is an option "Do you like me?" or something similar, and that person shows interest in you, then a quest will appear to "talk to Maramal about organizing the wedding".
Return to Maramal and tell him you want to get married (in the Russian version it’s the phrase "Let's get married in the temple" O_o ).
He will say the wedding is from dawn to dusk the next day.
Wait until tomorrow (better outside the temple) and marry. You will receive a blessed ring from the priest.
Then talk to your beloved and choose where you will live.
Thanks to Mara for the happiness of family life.
Same-sex marriages are possible in the game. Polygamy and divorce are not provided, but we are left with the amulet.

I think there are numerous advantages to marriage. A wife in the house, happy to see us, prepares food once a day. With my test wife, my character can also trade and receive 100 coins through conversation once a day (not sure about other types of spouses). However, the relationships are somewhat platonic; well, what can you do, we are waiting for mods (if I just haven’t found them, please urgently write in the comments).
Or maybe it’s about same-sex marriages?

Solving Problems
0. General console solution. Found here (there’s also information on how to make NPCs followers). I haven't checked it myself.
1. Find the desired NPC (theoretically even any).
2. Open the console, click on them with the mouse, note their ID.
3. Without deselecting the NPC, type in the console command:
addfac 19809 1
4. Enter two more commands (where "ID" is the ID of the NPC noted earlier):
Setrelationshiprank "ID" 4
Player.setrelationshiprank "ID" 4
Not sure about the quotes, so you might want to try entering it twice — with and without.
5. Some NPCs may still not have the desired dialog option afterward; try opening the console again, selecting the NPC, and entering these two commands:
Disable
Enable
1. Inability to marry Lydia. Reported by dekorrator.
1. Leave her at home (she shouldn’t be a follower)
2. Open the console and click on Lydia with the mouse
3. Enter the command: addfac 19809 1
4. ??????
5. PROFIT
2. "Divorce". Thank you mrsBubble.
Kill the chosen one (oh, harsh reality), drop the Mara’s amulet and the wedding ring (or whatever it’s called)
Enter these codes
resetquest relationshipmarriage
setstage relationshipmarriage 10
Go to Maramal (or whatever his name is) for a new amulet, and the horizons of love are again open before you.
3. Inability to marry Taarie. Read in TES Wiki.
Due to a bug, the "marriage" dialog option is unavailable. Try entering the console command "setrelationshiprank player 4". Using the command should trigger the right dialog and make the option available.
4. Bug "Runaway Bride". Reported by Shakty.
**There is no story sadder in the world than about bugs in the wedding plot**
So I went to get married in the game. I chose the mercenary Vorstag as my husband, with whom I cleaned up Skyrim. The wedding was announced. We arrived at the temple. They tell us - your wedding is from dawn to dusk tomorrow. But I, the learned one from guides, came to the temple in 23 hours, entered the temple an hour later. The groom is standing there. They tell me, the bride has arrived. Maramal reads the speech, asks for consent. After I say YES!......... the groom suddenly changes into his outfit, and, without waiting for the speech to finish, turns around and exits the temple. Moreover, all the guests, including Lydia sitting on the bench, suddenly run out of the temple (!).
I nervously waited for Maramal to let me go, ran out of the temple - and the groom with Lydia had disappeared... along with my specially crafted items for Vorstag and other gear. I searched everywhere; there was neither Vorstag nor Lydia. Before that, she was staying in my house in Whiterun! I even ran to Markarth, where I met Vorstag - but he was nowhere to be found!
I think I’m done for. My heroine got robbed of her gear by two treacherous lovebirds, Lydia and Vorstag, and I actively introduced them! ;-(
Now seriously, how to prevent this from happening.
Before the wedding, you must kick the companion out of the party. As mentioned earlier, do not wait in the temple. After the wedding, quickly run outside the city gates; there you will meet your spouse walking anywhere (this needs to be checked for Marcurio and Sibbi since I assume the spouse heads towards their house, i.e., where they hung out before meeting you). Here, a dialog opens about "dear where will we live," after which your spouse slowly walks to the selected house.
