Castrated Edition!
BioWare and Electronic Arts present the 'Dragon Age II Cut Edition'
Do you have tight shelves that can’t fit DVD cases? Don’t have the money for the game, yet somehow want to buy it? Especially for you, BioWare and Electronic Arts are releasing an exclusive Cut Edition of Dragon Age II in English!*
Are you capable of becoming the Champion of Kirkwall? BioWare gives players the chance to avoid the opportunity to become owners of legendary items! The 'Dragon Age II Cut Edition' does not include four unique items – the long sword 'Teneres', the shield 'Orlesian Lion', the 'Staff of Parthalan', and the 'Amulet of Ash'.
In addition, BioWare presents the DLC 'Black Market', which you will not get access to in the Cut Edition of Dragon Age II – the mysterious and terrifying place in Kirkwall where the shape-shifting mirror and the whistle, which won't add a mabari battle dog to your allies, as well as many other rare artifacts are stored. Why would you want to interact with some shady characters on the black market? That’s the realm of scum and bandits! Besides, you’ll be so busy shaping your hero’s look at the start of the game, how could you possibly want to change it? Not to mention the flea-ridden, useless mutt that would just get in the way and take up a precious action slot.
Access to the 'Black Market' will be closed for everyone who purchased the 'Dragon Age II Cut Edition' for the PC platform. Only those unfortunate enough to buy the full DAII edition, mistakenly dubbed 'Expanded', will be able to enter the dark recesses of this pit of horror and deception, for there is nothing expanded about it, it’s just the regular edition of Dragon Age II. Those unfortunate buyers of Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will also gain access to the secret store, now burdened with poor controllers and paying more for games than PC users! Let’s all laugh at them together: 'Mwahahahaha!'
Furthermore, pre-orders for Dragon Age II are still ongoing, allowing all wishing bourgeois to purchase the game for 200 rubles more for the PC platform and 1700 rubles (bloody hell!) for the inferior platforms Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Also, all buyers of the Cut Edition of Dragon Age II will lose the burden of an accompanying translated Russian book 'Dragon Age The Stolen Throne' from the publisher 'Azbuka'. Who needs this pointless book taking up space on the shelf that has nothing to do with Dragon Age II? And really, when is there time to read, with so many cut editions coming out this year!
You will never find detailed information about purchasing the Cut Edition on the official page, but you can read there about new weapons and new features that will not help you succeed in the game Dragon Age II for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
Dragon Age II will go on sale on March 10, 2011. You can purchase the Cut Edition for just 599 rubles on March 9, starting from 10 AM. The game is translated into English. Of course, without voiceover!
\In stores, the Cut Edition is modestly referred to simply as "Dragon Age II", but don’t be fooled! Look for the small square jewel cases and you will surely find happiness!*
