Most Anticipated Games of Gamer.ru (v 1.2)
Almost a month ago, specifically on June 1, I started to spam the personal messages of almost every gamer (I apologize if I forgot to write to someone; it's all because of my summer-stuffed head) with a request to reply with a message ("Damn spammer!", - SERGY :) ) indicating their three most anticipated video games (any platform, any release date; even Doom 4, Half Life 3, or Quake 5). My thanks to the participants of the voting – every user from level 20 to 55 replied (well, almost), and a part of lower-ranked users – levels 7-19 (once even managed to reach a twink). The results of the survey could generally have been predicted in advance, however, the list contains interesting rarities: how about Google Death, PES 10500, and “A Couple of Lobsters for Dinner”? Also, during the interrogation, I managed to uncover several interesting nuances. For instance, RooG said "There can never be too much Halo", agrippa isn't expecting anything, and Bonana_Hunter prefers it a bit rough.
The voting results can be seen under the spoiler.
"... when these games come out, I will definitely buy them and play, and their boxes will look nice on the shelf...", - Kiturami.
"I am an old, not-so-healthy, and very busy person at work. What other games?)".

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings - 25 votes
Release Date: Spring 2011
"I wait, I believe, I hope. I never understood those who discussed HOW MANY times they completed The Witcher. Going through this game more than once "to see what happens next" - is the worst thing that a seasoned RPG player can do. I lived this game, how can I refuse to be myself out of simple curiosity?", - Allin.
"The first Witcher for me was and remains the game of 2007 that you can't tear yourself away from. I lived and played it for about a month, and after I finished it, I was overcome by unbearable longing, wanting to play again and again. I am sure the second part will surprise everyone with an even stronger plot, fateful decisions, and immersion in the game. Therefore, The Witcher 2 is number one on my list of most anticipated games", - Magistrum.
"I love RPGs, and I consider the first part of this game one of the best in this genre. That's why I'm waiting", - ildar89.
"The first part was an excellent game, but the second part has every chance of surpassing it in everything. Stunning graphics, improved combat, intriguing plot, and of course, half-buttock Triss...", - Mr_Moxnat.
"The most anticipated game for me is the 2nd Witcher. The reason for such a choice: a fan of Andrzej's saga, the first game from the "projects". In my opinion, the game features a strong plot and excellent immersion into the atmosphere of the world =)", - Deart.
"Look at my avatar. Who is there? Right, the witcher. I am looking forward to the game "The Witcher 2" the most. The first part was magnificent, and considering that this was the first experience of the young team of developers, the second part will be even better", - blade_rise.
"One of the best RPGs was birthed from the hands of a little-known team of developers. Now that they have become widely known, they just can't release a game that falls short of fan expectations", - lemur.
"The first Witcher was wonderful. Judging by all the input data, the second will be better; they don't make such RPGs anymore", - sergiyseriy.
The most anticipated game among respected gamers became the sequel to one of the most outstanding role-playing games of our time – "The Witcher" from Polish CD Projekt RED. The game already looks so powerful that many Western and various other websites and magazines are awarding it titles like "Best RPG of E3 2010", "Best Game of E3 2010", and "Best PC Exclusive of E3 2010". Exclusive because on consoles the new "Witcher" simply has no place: they simply won’t have enough power. The sequel fully utilizes the platform's capabilities, so you need not worry about the graphics. At least, about the environment detail. Some, after viewing gameplay videos, criticize "Assassins of Kings" for somewhat, let's say, clunky, but rigid character animation. But, friends, let's not forget that the talented Polish developers will only be ready to present their project to the public in spring 2011. Fans and loyal role-players still have to gnaw their elbows, but at least the CD Projekt writers have plenty of time to prepare another remarkably gripping story about the adventures of Geralt and his companions for us next spring. We’re waiting.
Diablo 3 – 20 votes
Release Date: 2011
"I trust Blizzard", - vikolyada.
"A break for the brain, even if not this year:)", - GAMovER.
"I would say which three games I am waiting for if I really was waiting for three games. But I hardly follow gaming news and only really expect Diablo III. This is perhaps the only game that can return me the feeling of complete detachment and immersion in the gaming world, which I haven't had for five or six years, since the second 'Prince of Persia'... I wait and sincerely hope that the Blizzards won't let me down :)", - Kitty_Venom.
Blizzard makes no bad products, and that is a fact. Every game from this company undergoes the most thorough scrutiny, is polished and refined over many months (sometimes even years!), even though the game seems ready. This approach to their craft has brought Blizzard Entertainment global (-) popularity (cross out) love among fans of strategy, RPGs, and multiplayer games.
Officially, Diablo 3 was announced in June 2008, but development began much earlier. The first shown screenshots and gameplay videos left some amazed (animation, lighting, special effects… whoa!), and others turned to developers with a petition. Fans demanded to bring back the original graphic style of the game – they found the third part's graphics to be too garish and frivolous. But the "Blizzard'ers" confidently stand their ground, claiming they know what they are doing and that everyone will be happy: both long-time fans and the new gamer audience. What will come of it? We will know only in 2011.
Mafia II – 17 votes
Release Date: August 27, 2010
"The most anticipated game. The plot, Playboy magazine, characters, and much more. How long we awaited this game... mmm, - MWorld.*
"An interesting plot, powerful shootouts, cool cars, and the atmosphere of the 20-30s of the last century. You can’t miss this", - Rezonanz.
"We wouldn’t say we’re really looking forward to any game, because we play rarely and mostly on consoles. Rather, we’d say that it’s what’s causing the most curiosity. We’re looking forward to Mafia II (where are our 15 years? =) and the soundtrack to it", - Gamer.ru’s PR department.
"Well, what can be said? Mafia is Mafia, anyone who hasn’t played it should do so, as the second part promises to be very interesting and engaging", - Maguar.
"The only real competitor to GTA IV, the only hope for a great open-world game. It should simply be a magnificent game", - sergiyseriy.
"I would like to put Mafia II in this chart, but without aircraft it will be too dull. Although, if it’s cool and atmospheric - of course I’ll play!", - rinocrosser.
So, the eagerly awaited continuation of one of the best "action on wheels" will finally cease to occasionally be delayed to our hard drives – "Mafia II" is set to hit the shelves of Russian-speaking stores on August 27 this year. Yes, at the same time as the global release, and yes, fully translated into the great and mighty.
Should I elaborate here that Mafia II, apart from its impressive sandbox dimensions, will also have an impressive narrative? The plot is arguably the main trump card of the impending hit, and it’s good that the developers for so many years haven’t spoiled anything. Apparently, they've taken to heart: "A fish is killed by an open mouth...".
Starcraft 2 – 14 votes
Release Date: July 27, 2010
"We might not play, but the mere fact of a 12-year gap between the first and second parts piques our already inflamed curiosity)", - Gamer.ru PR department.
"The continuation of a great strategy should please not only with multiplayer but also with a well-crafted and interesting single-player experience", - sergiyseriy.
"I am eagerly awaiting the new chapter in the struggle of three powerful races. First and foremost, I will complete the single-player campaign to see what to expect in the expansion", - werat.
"Well, there’s not much to say here, this is something dear, this is the place where I’ve spent more time than with my girlfriend in my youth, which I don’t regret :)", - lab-rico.

12 years… A full 12 years of painful waiting... But the moment has come when the continuation of the legendary game from a legendary developer is almost 100% ready, the moment when millions of talented strategists will orchestrate bloody battles in the renewed Battle.net featuring three renowned races… But to hell with the pathos!
Recently, key Blizzard employees as part of their world tour stopped in Moscow and held a presentation for the Starcraft 2 single-player campaign. Journalists haven’t managed to learn about the plot's twists, but they did, in the person of Jim Raynor, visit his ship, where one can not only play an interesting "shooter" in an arcade but also converse with important characters as well as upgrade one’s mini-army. The missions allowed to play so far don’t particularly differ in originality: defending a base, evacuating, and a few others. It’s clear that the publisher has saved the most interesting stuff for later.
Crysis 2 – 12 votes
Release Date: Fall 2010
"The first part created a real sensation in terms of graphics. The second part changed the setting from jungles to a partially destroyed city; it has moved to consoles, but even without the built-in "lumberjack simulator" it will surprise us ", - blade_rise
"You know, to be honest, I haven't been following the gaming industry for a long time. I had enough of Gothic and TES. Now, considering a sea of information from the resource, I'm starting to be interested in the world of games again, eyeing the new releases. Otherwise, I wouldn't even consider Crysis (just didn't want to upgrade my hardware, since with what I have, I can play my favorite games and it seemed sufficient), but what I've read on the blog made me think about the hardware change", - PriTVora.
"An improved storyline and gameplay, simplified use of nanosuit functions, moving to New York – all this will only benefit Crysis 2. I’m looking forward to it", - Magistrum.
"Time is short, mainly I play quick one-time beautiful games; this one will be just right to stretch my gaming hardware", - GAMovER.
Some, after watching gameplay videos, criticize Crysis 2 for its blurry textures, dull AI, and scripted environment deformation. There’s some truth to that, but let’s not forget that the E3 brought a pre-alpha version of the shooter, meaning it was very raw. The script for the game is ready, and the environment (namely - New York City) is as well, so the developers' main efforts will be aimed at refining various details, including working on the artificial intelligence.
Personally, I found the fresh videos delightful for their vividness and the presence of intriguing scenes in the game, even if they are pre-designed by the designers and programmers of Crytek, whose task is to add drama, epicness, and pathos to the events on the screen. It turns out incredibly cool!
Portal 2 – 12 votes
Release date: 2011
"A rare subspecies of first-person games, where you need to think more than just shoot everything that moves. It’s pleasing that the developers have seriously developed the game idea. New objects have been added, like pneumatic tubes, dynamically changing platforms, anti-gravity beams, a gun that changes the physical properties of surfaces.
From the first trailers, it is evident that the level of puzzles has increased significantly, which is immensely pleasing", - Logik88.
"When Portal was released as part of the orange box, it was a surprise. A logic puzzle on the hl2 engine. I am not expecting any new revelations from Portal 2, just enough of a plot and new rooms, probably rather on the level of prelude, than that of the original Portal", - lemur.
Portal was originally developed by several student programmers. Under strict budget constraints, it took shape, gained details, until, finally, the bosses of Valve noticed the talented guys and took them under their wing. Consequently, the team consisted of eight people (still, the team's capabilities were severely limited), and it was decided to link Portal with the Half Life universe. But what came out came out - Portal was unconditionally recognized as a hit, and the army of fans, having saturated itself with puzzles, began to demand a continuation. And the crafty ones at Valve, led by Gabe Newell, created a true commotion at E3 2010: right in the middle of someone else's presentation (Sony), when the public was sure that there wouldn’t be an announcement of the sequel (as the developers assured us a week before the event), Gabe proudly announced that Portal 2 was in development. The subsequent gameplay video made fans weep with joy (well, ok, not weeping, but writing enthusiastic feedback) and start to wonder what role Aperture Science's creation plays in humanity's life in general and Gordon Freeman's life in particular..
Fallout: New Vegas – 12 votes
Release Date: October 2010
"Everything is clear here. A new game in the Fallout series, and I, of course, as a fan of the third part, am eagerly awaiting it. As they say, blackjack, whores, etc.", - LiveSaifer.
"Despite all the criticism that Fallout 3 received from series fans, I liked it. Maybe because I didn’t play the previous two parts, so I can't compare. But nonetheless, it’s a good game. Therefore, I am looking forward to Fallout: New Vegas because I think this game will encompass the best of the third Fallout and the two previous parts. The development team for FNV is very strong, and I believe they will release a worthy, good game. I am really looking forward to this", - Teodor_85.
"The third Fallout really impressed me with its atmosphere, and I am expecting something similar, but just bigger and fatter)", - D_Prince.
"The game is developed by a different studio, Obsidian. I think these guys will make an interesting game, just a pity that the engine from the third Fallout is still old", - Maguar.
"Because in the group of creators, there are plenty of people who participated in developing the first and second parts, which I consider the best", - MrPatogen.
"This will be an honest shooter-RPG without pretensions to the old-school, rather with a huge lean towards Mass Effect, which for me is not a disadvantage", - lab-rico.
Obsidian Entertainment faced a harsh setback with its Alpha Protocol, a long-term project that disappointed very many gamers with its quality. However, the team still has a chance to redeem itself, as a new chapter in the legendary Fallout saga, subtitled New Vegas, is in the works within the depths of this studio.
There’s a reason the game title doesn’t have the numbers “3” or “4”. New Vegas is not a sequel but rather a step aside from the main plot thread. The action this time begins three years after the events of the third part and unfolds, as you might guess from the name, around the famous city of Las Vegas. From a technical standpoint, the new part won't promise anything new, but gameplay innovations are expected. For instance, there will be an expanded set of melee combat techniques, the ability to watch and slightly command companions, the importance of each character's skill in dialogues, several difficulty levels, including some super hard one that surely hard-core fans (or simply hardcore players) will appreciate, and much more.
Sid Meier's Civilization V – 10 votes
Release Date: Fall 2010
"I haven't missed any of Sid Meier's strategy games. I expect a lot from this game and hope my expectations will be met :) ", - Perich.
"This is a classic, this is a masterpiece. You can’t go wrong here", - Bafom.
"No matter how the world of games changes, Civilization must always be among the leading positions", - Malkavian.
"I am a fan of Sid Meier's Civilization and really enjoy playing it. The changes being introduced in the fifth part of the series are simply stunning, and I can’t wait to install it on my computer and once again immerse myself in creating my own civilization", - Teodor_85.
"All civilizations are super. Super. Civilizations. Civilization. Super. Super! \grabbing a disk and trying to record Rise of Mankind on it*", - Darrggon.
At one point, I read a fitting statement in a review of Civ IV: "Civilization – like whiskey, only better with age". Perhaps that’s why I am personally looking forward to the fifth part and do not worry that the esteemed Sid Meier will come up with something and ultimately mess up. I am not worried about the team at Firaxis Games – these folks know what they are doing.
Among the new features, it’s worth noting the division of the world map into what are called “hexes” – hexagons, the ability to shoot (bows, ballistae, cannons, tanks, everything that comes to hand) over obstacles. In simpler terms, ranged units will finally have real advantages over enemy infantry. Thus, battle tactics will dramatically change, and the terrain will play almost a decisive role in defending your territory. Additionally, religions and espionage will be removed from the fifth “Civilization”.
Certainly, the list of innovations doesn’t stop there, but for now, the developers have been persistently silent. We’re keeping an eye on the news and waiting for the release, as it is relatively soon – this fall.
Call of Duty: Black Ops – 9 votes
Release Date: November 9, 2010
"It’s simple. I liked the multiplayer from Treyarch in World at War; I believe this one should turn out no worse. I believe and will check", - RooGa.
"It may be trivial, but this is Call of Duty: Black Ops - I fan of this series and believe it's the best shooter on the planet :) I remember, I accidentally bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and it opened my eyes to games. It was just a masterpiece that made me watch the credits in awe and realize that this was unreal))) Since then, I've played each subsequent part of the series, and it doesn't matter who developed it. It's always a masterpiece, and I hope it remains so", - Xpand12901.
It’s no secret that the Call of Duty series is the best "cash cow" of the Activision publishing house, and it seems that the company intends to continue milking as much as possible from the franchise (cross out) money. The current CoD with the subtitle Black Ops is being developed by the Treyarch team, which has already proven through its previous games that it doesn’t intend to sit idly in the shadow of Infinity Ward's glory. Analysts even predict that Black Ops will easily surpass the threshold of 10 million copies sold.
Initially, it was expected that the events of the new installment would unfold in Vietnam, but it turns out there will be many more theaters of war: how about the Arctic, Ural, or Cuba?
Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood – 8 votes
Release Date: November 16, 2010
"The second assassin was spectacular, and the co-op possibility makes it a masterpiece", - Ignorat.
"I am looking forward to this game because the second part was very interesting. It had everything: an interesting main character, parkour, great music, beautiful landscapes, and Italy, after all. And I hope that this game will be similar to the second part (which is likely) since in the first part I didn’t notice good music, an interesting hero, or exciting quests", - blade_rise.
"After seeing the E3 trailer, I realized this would be a big game with a grand scope and many changes compared to Assassins's Creed II", - Generallisimmus.
Ubisoft has caught the wave, and even though the publisher is losing money, the company looks to the future with optimism. Henceforth, at the end of 2010, Brotherhood will be released, the continuation of the royal Assassin's Creed 2. Ezio will mature, become even tougher, and a certain Cesare Borgia will wreak havoc in Rome (it’s there that the events of “Brotherhood” will unfold), killing Ezio's uncle and capturing the main character's wife. We’ll, in fact, stockpile all our anger and hatred, and then pour it out on all our enemies and the most infamous villain.
Along with a new story arc, the third Assassins Creed will introduce players to a very pleasant new feature – multiplayer. They demonstrated it to the public back at E3 2010, and one can almost confidently say that in Brotherhood, we will stay "far and forever".
Deus Ex: Human Revolution – 7 votes
Release Date: Early 2011
"A game in the rare cyberpunk style, a dystopian world of the future with a hint of noir, a non-standard genre Action-RPG. I am eagerly waiting", - Rezonanz.
"This is a cult game of my youth; I hope the third part will be in the same spirit as the past two parts", - Maguar.
The heavy task has been taken on by the guys at Eidos Interactive. They, after all, are reviving one of the most ambitious games – Deus Ex. Feeling the serious gaze of the fans, who seem to be watching every step of the programmers, game designers, and the scriptwriter, the developers are working laboriously on the third part, which has lost the number “3” in the title but gained the prefix - Human Revolution.
Fable 3 – 7 votes
Release Date: End of 2010
"New, improved (reportedly even softer and silkier than before) dummies from Mulinye. Can’t miss it, cannot miss it", - RooGa.
"I really love genuine social aspects, as opposed to the so-called ones on forums and blogs (now on social networks), meaning outside of the game itself. Perhaps in some way I resemble girls, but The Sims + RPG is an excellent recommendation for me. The standard scheme in RPGs is wearing itself out; the old mastodons can no longer be surpassed, and everything new slides into 'please everyone,' which, as we know, ends with Gothic 4 made on a 9 with DirectX 11)", - lab-rico.
The joy of PC gamers knows no bounds – Fable 3 will release on personal computers, which certainly sweetens our bitterness about the "consolization" of the second part. Perhaps the developers will come to their senses and release it on "native grounds", but let’s fully focus on the new product.
A revolution is coming! And these are far from empty words: the points of experience, health bars, and (!) absolutely all interfaces will disappear from Fable 3. Okay, well, they’ll replace them with followers (the more followers your character has, the stronger their influence and might become). But the absence of an interface in an RPG – this is something new.
As expected, the influence of the player on the surrounding world (and the character's actions on their appearance) will significantly improve. Speaking of appearance, it's worth noting that this time there will be no “experience points” or scale showing what side the player takes, etc. Now, the main character's appearance will be shaped by the combat tactics and weapons we employ.
Fable 3 has every chance to become a revolutionary bomb that will overturn the entire genre of RPGs. It will explode closer to the end of this year.
Arcania: Gothic 4 – 7 votes
Release Date: October 12, 2010
"The second anticipated game - heh.. not surprising, otherwise I wouldn't be working on this project - Arcania: Gothic 4. Though I don't see (well it’s not surprising) any Gothic in it whatsoever. I’m waiting for it as a separate game. The project is so mysterious and hidden from the publishers (as well as the developers) that I will only form an opinion about it after trying it out)", - Deart.
"This will be a hit, I assure you. But since I prefer fighters and online games more, I’ll save it for dessert. I will definitely spend 50+ hours on the game)", - rinocrosser.
"The modern system of RPG games cannot find integrity, preferring to branch out into subgenres. I hope that all three anticipated projects (The Witcher 2, Diablo 3, and Arcania) will move towards unity, not customization of RPGs", - natalya.
"Well, and what??? Did you think I would choose something else?", - Grizli.
The Nameless One returns. And let it be not the same Nameless One, we still missed him very much. The journey of the new hero begins ten years after Robar the Third began to rule people, orcs, and others. The King has become completely arrogant, turned into a tyrant, and our protégé sets out to find out whether the grave will correct that. The journey will be long (around 300 quests will be available), extremely interesting (new enemies, combat skills, characters), and of course, impressive (the engine promises to show us colorful general views and detailed close-ups). At least, we strongly hope for that.
Half Life: Episode 3 (or Half Life 3) – 6 votes
Release Date: who knows
"No comments :ь", - Mr_Moxnat.
"I want to believe...", - Allin.
TERA: The Exiled Realm of Arborea – 5 votes
Release Date: 2011
"A series of innovations, a good engine, an interesting gameplay process, unusual races, and generally all the design. In short, I'm looking forward to it", - Perich.
"Good mass pvp", - DeadlyMooN.
"This will be beautiful and dynamic. But I am waiting for something else in the online world, and TERA will only be a temporary replacement. If no one else starts to do it, I will! (This sounds like a threat, haha)", - rinocrosser.

Warhammer 40,000: Dark Millennium Online – 4 votes
Release Date: 2011-2012
"Since I’ve been looking at this blog for quite some time – I take the responsibility for it, and I pledge to be a representative with dictatorial tendencies, just a fair and interesting representative. The first MMO in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, with active support and attentive mentorship from Games Workshop. The main thing is that Virgil Games doesn't screw it up", - MrPatogen.
Fans of the hard world of War 40k – rejoice (oh, you’ve been happy for a long time, well okay): at E3 2010 Dark Millennium Online was officially announced – an MMORPG being developed under the vigilant eye of THQ – the originator of the whole Warhammer series. And don’t let the competition with Star Wars: The Old Republic disturb you since this will be out at least in 2012, and afterwards it all depends on how durable the game turns out to be (remember the experience of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, which had a great start but then quickly lost its subscribers).
Bulletstorm – 4 votes
Release Date: 2011
"An outrageous meat shooter from the creators of Painkiller, which promises not only a gripping gameplay but also a decent scenario", - serick.
Bulletstorm – the second major game from People Can Fly, who previously distinguished themselves with the crazy clone of "Serious Sam" - Painkiller. Their new shooter continues the glorious traditions of "meat" FPS, just with certain innovations.
Now, the bolder and more unconventional killings of enemies are rewarded with extra points. In fact, the entire gameplay of Bulletstorm revolves around such points, which will allow us to upgrade our combat and defensive gear.
Despite the presence of sidekicks, the game doesn’t expect co-op gameplay. Then the question arises: why are they there then? The artistic director of People Can Fly smiles and says, well, the sidekicks will play a significant role in the story. And the plot will focus on: revenge, hatred, and ruthlessness. The most appropriate epithets for the madness of Bulletstorm level.
Star Wars: The Old Republic – 4 votes
Release Date: 2011
"I hope it will kill WOW for me", - ag666.
"Because Bioware, because Star Wars, because KOTOR, because I hope this will be the best MMORPG in history", - MrOrionto.
What’s a TERA Online or DMO when there is an MMORPG from Bioware in the works in the fantastically famous sci-fi universe of “Star Wars”? And just 4 "votes of anticipation" from Gamer.ru! That’s not in order, gentlemen, but I’m sure the situation will radically change on the day of release, or at least a month or two later.
And those happy ones (naturally, the game journalists) who had the fortune to play in TOR at a special reception of Electronic Arts in London are showering it with commendations about the extremely engaging game. Here’s an excerpt from a July issue of "Game PC" magazine (author: Anatoly Sonin):
“I played until the developers chased me away: they say, you’re seeing things we don't want to announce yet. I don’t know what they were shy about: even in such an unrefined form, the game left only positive impressions. This is indeed an MMORPG packaged as a single-player RPG. Or the other way around—I still haven’t understood it. The battles here are entirely like in massively multiplayer games: you stand, the enemy stands opposite, and all kinds of lights and shells fly while you press numbers from 1 to 9. I played as a bounty hunter, but there was no need to hide, roll, or even crouch while shooting – just choose your skills: shoot, burn, blow (serick is not satisfied - note from Serick). ... You approach the quest giver, the dialogue starts, fully voiced and with beautiful angles, very reminiscent of the conversations from Mass Effect. The lines are selected on the same radial menu, and this choice is as important for the story, just decorative, changing the tone of the conversation. I tried several quests and was very surprised when I realized they could all be completed in multiple ways”.
Well, have vivid panoramas of future battles in the "Old Republic" begun to appear in your minds? I thought so.
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit – 4 votes
Release Date:
"The best arcade racing studio and the best racing series had to meet one day. This NFS is destined to become the crowning glory of the series", - AQuaRity.
"I’m looking forward to this game because I really liked this series until Carbon, but since I only started my acquaintance with it from Most Wanted, the concept of this game interests me greatly", - Xpand12901.
I won’t make anything up here, just read excerpts from a “fan preview”:
"The essence of the game is the same as it was twelve years ago. The confrontation of cops and racers. No underground and street racing – just natural beauty, bright daylight, and beautiful cars: the Lamborghini Murcielago here is not a luxury, but a means of transport and mutual destruction. ...
The visual style of the game is incredibly realistic and bright. So no acid or soft palettes, stylizations, and the like. Just a very beautiful picture. Close to Burnout Paradise, but without the lightheartedness inherent in it. ...
And of course, the network mode. Here the game will showcase all its power. Both cops and racers have a multitude of skills tilting scales in their favor – for racers, for instance, the ability to turn off the mini-map of pursuers or summon a double to confuse them at junctions. And for cops, there will be a gun that inverts the steering: left arrow – turn right. Of course, nothing can get in the way of traditional nitro boosters, police barricades, and spikes on the road.
A big game, there’s much to say. .. What does it mean to "stop tracking NFS"? Mark it, mark it, you’ll thank me later. Believe me, the excitement of an old fan", - AQuaRity.

PES 2011 - 3 votes
"The game cannot even be compared to FIFA, because comparing a great soccer game to a pathetic parody of this magnificent sport is not worth it. The reasons for such an interest in 'PES' - I am a soccer player myself, so after playing this toy due to an incurable injury (due to inability to play in real life), I immediately knew - yes, this is a substitute for real soccer", - Deart.
"I love soccer, so it is logical that I often play this game on my computer. PES is still the best footsim for me, and I eagerly await each new installment of the series. Moreover, this time they promise some radical changes. So we will have to wait and see :)", - Teodor_85.
BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger - 1 vote
"Summer, cold beer, and many tournaments with friends! At the New Disk tournament, we had a blast, so I guess I'll be spending half the summer with friends playing :)", - rinocrosser.
Mass Effect 3 – 4 votes
"The end of the epic saga - that's always interesting", - ildar89.
"The first parts were just masterpieces - in the last few years, I can’t recall anything that touched me so deeply", - MrOrionto.
Dead Space 2 – 3 votes
"The only game that sometimes scared me", - ildar89.
"I am looking forward to the game for one main reason - it's Horror. The genre is dying...
