One of the misunderstandings surrounding the game Postal is that people don’t quite get it. Postal isn’t about a mailman; it’s about a guy with a seriously messed-up mind, a maniacally-driven jerk! Developed by the American company Running With Scissors, the original version of Postal was released way back in 1997 and instantly garnered public backlash, including from Senator Lieberman, the U.S. Postal Service, and the Australian government. Despite containing a somewhat exaggerated level of violence and foul language, and the fact that few were brave enough to publish the project, Postal managed to achieve enormous popularity among the gaming population of our planet. Now that we are in the 21st century, Running With Scissors (RWC) has embarked on creating a sequel aptly named Postal II. This sequel to the cult classic tells the story of the disturbed son of the hero from the first game, who, cursing, sets out to take revenge on everything living! Thanks to Unreal II technology, Postal II features stunning three-dimensional graphics, meaning support for the latest graphical technologies. Of course, there’s also an increase in levels of violence, even more blood, “fuc****” vocabulary, and much more – everything that could fit into the heads of the most twisted developers at Running With Scissors.
