Rush (33-38) Helios/Asmo. Dungeon Temple of Fire - ToF
I'll say right away that I didn't want to rewrite the basic info, but without additions, the guide will be somewhat misleading. I need this guide to be complete, so I can reference it from topics like "Rush"
The foundation is taken from here

General information about the Temple of Fire (dungeon)
(abbreviated: ToF; other names: Sanctuary of Fire; Flame Temple)
The Temple of Fire is a dungeon that becomes accessible after completing the racial quests given at level 28.
However, it is recommended to go at level 33+, as the main boss is at level 38, mobs range from level 34-38 (elite), and the drop is for level 35.
Elyos have no special difficulties in completing the quest. You just need to kill a few mobs and collect a couple of items.
The quest guide for Asmodians in Russian can be found here:

The quest is quite complex.
The Temple of Fire consists of 5 zones (4 main and one intermediate). In each of the 4 main zones, there are elite monsters with their own level range and bosses (1-2 in each zone).
Map of the Temple of Fire:
__________Intermediate Zone__________
It represents a platform with elite fire golems of levels 33-34. There is no drop or experience from them.
It is not absolutely necessary to kill all the golems.
There is a route that allows you to reach zone No. 1 by killing only 4 monsters, or an assassin can run through in a frenzy, later taking them down without killing any mobs before the gargoyles (0 mobs)
At the end of the intermediate zone, you may encounter the first boss - "the wheel", whose English name is Rotan.
This "wheel" moves along the following route:
(the route is marked in purple)
From this boss, there is a chance to drop a green ring for level 35 and green armor.
______________Zone No. 1______________
It consists of two rooms and a passage between them.
In this zone, there are elite stone golems of level 33-35,
as well as 1 trading NPC (green point on the map) and two bosses (marked with red points).
The drops from the bosses may include green armor parts for level 35.
______________Zone No. 2______________
It consists of several corridors, 2 rooms, and a platform between them.
In this zone, there are elite gargoyles of level 34-36, shooting elite turrets, 1 NPC, and two bosses.
The first boss is a white turret and is called - Sipus in English.
From this boss, a blue shield for level 35 (sipus shield) can drop as well as a green belt for level 35 (sipus belt).
The second boss is located in the room to the right (up the hill after the platform - to the right) and is a gargoyle Kitusen, farmed for very valuable earrings and armor +11 seconds of flight for air gatherers.
______________Zone No. 3______________
It consists of two large rooms with elite fire elementals of level 33-35, as well as two bosses, from which green armor parts for level 35 may drop.
______________Zone No. 4______________
The final zone of ToF, which represents a large hall with columns, where elite gargoyles and shooting stone statues of levels 35-36 and the main boss are located.
The main boss is located at the end of the hall. This is an archer of level 37.
Her English name is: Cromede
It is also possible for her enhanced version to appear - Undefined
Corrupted judge aka Korrupt judje Kromede.
AoE trap damage ranges from 10-15 meters. Stunning shots.
Strategy. Clean the corner. The tank leads the judge to this corner (the judge remembers he is a ranger after the first melee attack, but if the first blow was dealt while standing in the corner, he will not leave there). AoEs can remove the traps set by the judge. The best party composition is templar, glad, sorc, SM, sin, and cleric/chanter (of choice)
The events take place in the dungeon for which you need to complete a quest. The dungeon respawn is 30 minutes.
From the boss, green helmets of any class, jewelry, and with a small chance golden telescopic weapons for level 35 drop, practically the best in the game.
The party composition determines the party's strategy. An experienced party can reach the boss in 8 minutes, almost without killing mobs.
There are various secrets in the Temple of Fire. For example, if you jump on the torch in front of the room with Sipus and stand on it for a bit, you won’t lose % experience upon death. There are 4 dead zones, jumping into which, mobs will not attack you. These zones are used to run by and avoid killing mobs. For this tactic, you need a sin with boots +20% running speed and a scroll +20% running speed.
Why is ToF relevant in the Rush topic?
Here you can most often obtain the last weapon before the end of the game.
Green armor, which drops abundantly from bosses is a good amount of money if dismantled and sold for upgrades. You can also collect a nice green set for level 35)
In ToF, there is a quest for a blue weapon for level 32 that is very simple.
And here it is for Elyos:
