"Once orc, twice orc" - a review of the game Orcs Must Die!
The graphics resemble the game Torchlight. The cartoonish style fits perfectly into the gloomy atmosphere of the struggle between humans and Orcs. The animation, which is the same for all enemies, is a bit disappointing. There are plenty of enemies – Orcs, ogres, trolls, and others. Flying dragonettes dilute the general mass of enemies. Remember that only archers can strike airborne foes. Yes, sooner or later we’ll have allies. Their number is limited, but they help tremendously in critical situations. Elven archers and human paladins are reliable companions on the battlefield. The sound design hasn’t let us down either. Orcs regularly toss around a few words, and our hero often talks to himself. Add some cheerful music, and you get an excellent gaming atmosphere.
