I was immediately flushed, and I thought: " - How can one not know Mark Meer - the man who lent his voice not only to Shepard but also to many other inhabitants of our beloved gaming universe?!**
Therefore, your humble servant, using the vast web, a graphic editor, and his wits, compiled a table of the most well-known actors who contributed their immense talent to the creation of characters we all love (or don’t love as much) in Mass Effect.

Mark Meer
Mark Meer is a Canadian actor and writer from Edmonton. He performs in theater, appears in films, but is known for his voice work.
Mark has long been collaborating with BioWare Corp., and has already participated in games such as: Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn, Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal, Jade Empire, Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark, Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening, and Dragon Age II.
However, he is most loved and respected for his role as Commander Shepard in the Mass Effect trilogy.
In 2011, he was nominated for Canadian Comedy in five categories.
Mark Vanderloo
The appearance of Shepard was gifted by his namesake Mark Vanderloo - a famous Dutch model. Mark has been the face of Hugo Bosssince 2005.
Jennifer Hale
Jennifer Hale was born in Canada, but her family moved to Birmingham, Alabama at an early age.
In 1993, she moved to Hollywood and started voice acting for video games, cartoons, radio and television commercials, anime, and films.

He is known to Russian audiences for his roles in films such as "The Thing" by John Carpenter, "Platoon" by Oliver Stone, "Event Horizon", "Chronicles of Riddick", "Requiem for a Dream".
David is also actively involved in voice acting for video games. His voice can be heard in Halo 2 and Halo 3, Transformers: The Game, Saints Row and Saints Row 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and of course, in the Mass Effect series.

Martin Sheen
Martin Sheen (born August 3, 1940) is a famous American film and television actor and director (by the way, Martin Sheen is just his stage name, the actor's real name is Ramón Gerard Antonio Estevez).
Sheen is known for his roles in the films "The Crossing Guard" (1995), "Apocalypse Now" (1979), "Gandhi" (1982), "Wall Street" (1987), and the TV series "The West Wing". The release of the film "Disband" marked Martin Sheen's directorial debut.
Sheen has worked with a wide range of directors, such as Richard Attenborough, Francis Ford Coppola, Terrence Malick, David Cronenberg, Mike Nichols, Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, and Oliver Stone.
Martin Sheen is a Golden Globe winner and the founder of a famous acting dynasty. His children are actor and director Emilio Estevez (1962), actor and director Ramón Estevez (1963), actor Charlie Sheen (1965), and actress Renée Estevez (1967).
Interesting fact: the actor's left arm has been three inches shorter than his right from birth.

He is well known to audiences for roles in films such as "The Italian Job", "Rat Race", "Austin Powers". Seth also played Daniel Osborn on the popular 90s series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" (shoutout to Freddie Prinze Jr.:)

Lance Henriksen
Lance James Henriksen (born May 5, 1940) is an American actor and painter. He gained fame after portraying the android Bishop in James Cameron’s saga "Aliens", as well as for his lead role in Chris Carter’s series "Millennium".
Almost all of the actor's career has been built on performing roles of villains, murderers, rapists, policemen, aliens, perverts, and other a-social personalities.
His father was a Norwegian merchant seaman who was also known as a boxer nicknamed "Ice Water", and his mother tried many jobs from a dance teacher to waitress and model. His parents divorced when he was two years old, and his mother raised him alone. Henriksen grew up as a delinquent, moving from school to school and even visiting a shelter. At twelve, he ran away from home and dropped out of school, never learning to read.
Only at thirty did he master reading, self-studying with film scripts. He spent his youth on the streets of New York and traveling the country on freight trains. During this time, he managed to be jailed several times for minor offenses such as vagrancy, and met James Cameron and Bruce Kenselor, whom he still considers friends.

Raphael Sbarge was born in New York City to a family of theater enthusiasts. He was named after the greatest artist of the Renaissance. The actor's mother worked as a costume designer, and his father was a writer, director, and artist.
Sbarge began his theater career in 1981 and debuted on Broadway a year later. Then came the premiere of the plays "Hamlet" (1982), "Ah, Wilderness!" (1988), "Ghosts" (1988), "Golden Twilight" (1993), and "Voices in the Dark" (1999).
The actor has appeared in numerous films and TV series, including "Independence Day" (1996), "Pearl Harbor" (2001), and series like "Bones" (2005), "Body Parts" (2003), "C.S.I." (2002), "Diagnosis: Murder" (1993), "Charmed" (1998), and many more.

After graduating from the University of Western Sydney, she appeared in several Australian television shows before being cast as Sarah Walker in the American TV series "Chuck".
Gamers know her as the voice of Miranda Lawson from the famous saga of the Canadian company BioWare - Mass Effect. To create Miranda, BioWare used the face and voice of the actress. In late 2011, the series' executive producer Casey Hudson confirmed that Yvonne's character would appear in the third installment.
In 2011, Strahovski starred in the film "The Professional" alongside Jason Statham, Clive Owen, and Robert De Niro.
In 2010, Strahovski won the Teen Choice Award for her role in the series "Chuck" and was also nominated for a Spike Video Game Awards for her role as Miranda Lawson in Mass Effect 2. In 2011, Yvonne won the Cosmopolitan Magazine (Australia) award for Best Actress in Film and Television.

Hogan began his career in 1972 with several TV shows, as well as soap operas. But his truly stellar role was Colonel Saul Tigh in Battlestar Galactica. The Peanut Butter Solution is another known film featuring him. This is a children's film, where eleven-year-old Michael loses all his hair due to a mysterious illness known as the "fright", and uses a drink to regain his hair, but excessive oil leads to unexpected consequences.

Carrie-Anne Moss (born August 21, 1967) is a Canadian actress who gained fame for her role as Trinity in the cult trilogy by the Wachowskis "The Matrix". Born in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
As a child, Carrie-Anne lived with her mother in Vancouver. At the age of 11, she joined the Vancouver Children's Musical Theater and later, in high school, toured Europe with the Magee Secondary School choir. Upon returning, she enrolled in the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena. In 1985, she moved from Vancouver to Toronto and became a model. Thanks to this activity, she got to Japan and Spain in the late 1980s.
After the release of "The Matrix", Moss starred alongside Burt Reynolds and Richard Dreyfuss in the Disney gangster comedy "The Team".
