White Mountains and the Fourth Act of the Main Storyline in Blade & Soul NEO
A major update with the location "White Mountains" has been released for the Russian version of Blade & Soul NEO. Players can look forward to a snowy region with the atmosphere of northern territories, where the action of the new act of the main story will unfold. Additionally, new characters will appear in the new location, as well as regional quests with unique rewards, including new items and outfits.
For fans of group content, two new dungeons have opened. "The Distorted Labyrinth" is aimed at endgame characters and features a non-linear structure with randomly generated routes, traps, mini-bosses, and a final mech-boss. Upon completion, players can earn new crafting resources and exclusive rewards.
The other dungeon in the White Mountains, "The Ice Palace of Grief," is designed for medium and high-level characters. The location is built around mechanics of control, slowing, and freezing—requiring smart positioning and teamwork. The rewards include White Mountains gear, currency, and materials for upgrades.
Additionally, players can find individual bosses in the region, including the Divine Dragon, the Plains Boar, the Ancient Horned Beast, and the Dark Ballak, each requiring a different strategy.
The update has further expanded the progression system. Players can now choose between two options for accelerated development: classic leveling up to level 45 or starting in the White Mountains directly at level 45. The new tier of gear with enhancements and reforging surpasses previous sets and is aimed at endgame content. The economy of materials and upgrades has also been updated.
Moreover, the maximum character level has been raised to 75–80. New achievements, daily quests, raids, world and regional bosses, as well as the solo activity "Tower of the God of War," which expands opportunities for high-level players, have also been introduced.
