Guide to Finding Barenzia Stones
Hello, dear gamers! After lengthy searches on the internet, I realized that no convenient guides on finding the diaries of Arondil (to be honest, I don't remember exactly what his name is) and the Barenziah stones have been uploaded in Russian. Therefore, this post is specifically about the latter. Naturally, the post is rife with spoilers, so I advise against reading it.
So, there are a total of 24 stones in the game.
When we find one of them, a quest to find an appraiser appears in the journal. The "appraiser" will stop us when we enter Riften.
From the dialogue with him, we understand that we should consult with the Thieves Guild about this matter. The quest "Look Under Every Stone" appears in the journal. Of course, we must first join the guild and earn the respect of the thieves. After completing a couple of tasks for them, we can ask the thief Vex about the mysterious stone.
She will tell us that it is one of the 24 stones taken by some thief from Barenziah's ceremonial crown.
Barenzia (English: Barenziah) - a Dunmer, at different times the queen of Morrowind, queen of Wayrest (High Rock), and queen mother of Morrowind.
Individually, these stones hold little value, but if you collect them all and bring them to Vex, she will offer you to assemble the last piece - the crown of Barenziah itself. The cave will not be simple, as it contains hidden Dwemer ruins. We fight our way in, find the crown, fend off ghosts, and return to Vex.
Now the crown will adorn the guild hall of the thieves and give a bonus in the form of a perk for finding various valuable stones in chests when activated.
Below is the location of these stones:
1. Dark Brotherhood - Sanctuary (Astrid's Room)
Whiterun - Hall of the Dead - Catacombs (in the first room, go down the left staircase, and it will be to your left)
Jarl's Room in Riften

If you have difficulty finding the stones, I recommend referring to video guides:

Attention! Don't forget to take the stone at the Thalmor Embassy while completing the quest "Diplomatic Immunity." If you leave the location without taking the stone, it will automatically transfer to the Smoldering Caves, through which the protagonist escaped from the embassy, immediately after completing the main storyline.
