Restoring EA Games Account, Round 2
And I must say, this is not slander. I address @EA, who haven’t helped me at all, neither the local staff I know nor the company as a whole. It all started in spring, in this post.
As you may have guessed, my account, which I used to play Battlefield, was stolen, and I spent over a month trying to recover it. I succeeded, but the fact that EA support are bastards who don’t care about you is a fact!
The thing is, to steal an account, you don’t need to perform any complicated actions or be a hacker. You just need to know the email, the nickname, and the date of birth. Voila!

I recovered my EA ID. For a month I named the date, and they kept saying it was incorrect. Wow, today it was deemed correct!
I should note that this is an incredibly poorly functioning company. Find the date of birth of anyone whose email you know and tell them you lost your email. You will even get back someone else's account. You just need to know the email, the date of birth, and the nickname.
Go to https://help.ea.com/contact-us, register a new account so you won’t be tracked. Go to the support, choose the US region, select the game that is on that account, select the account issue category and PC. Hit Live Chat and explain in English that your email address was stolen, but you know the DoB - here it is. And the ID is such, and the old email is like this. And you provide your new one. Voila, your ID is back!

Everything was fine, but during late June, when my mind was completely overwhelmed, I didn’t read my emails, marking them as read, but it turned out that my account was STOLEN AGAIN on June 20!
Despite the fact that the support agent made a note when returning my account for their records: "Do not change the email under any circumstances!"
I’m heading back into the fray and I want you to wish me luck.
And to everyone who is in any way responsible for what’s happening, I wish them HELLISH DIARRHEA! Because I have a bad case of butt hurt over the process of reclaiming MY account for which I gave YOU SCUM MONEY.

Now support @ea has stated that they will not change the email due to too many changes. Where have you been before?!
