Facts about Beta 1.8
Two parts of the update will be released, which is why some features will only be added in Beta 1.9.

- Shift+Left Click on inventory items will now work correctly.
- Shortcuts for items have been added.
- Redstone schematics will now work correctly after the command "/time set x" in multiplayer.
- Player-placed leaf blocks will no longer disappear.
- Clouds will no longer pass through buildings.

- Instead of feathers, zombies will now drop rotten flesh.

- Critical hits have been added:

The power of the bow shot will depend on the time the string is held.
New player animations have been added, as well as attack animations for mobs.
The ability to block mob attacks has been added (by right-clicking).
To gain experience, you need to collect experience orbs dropped from killed mobs.
Cocoa trees may be added.
The ability to grow melons/pumpkins and pumpkins has been added (first, the stem grows, then the fruits will grow next to it).
Food will now heal indirectly.
Hunger has been added, but it can be turned off.
The hunger meter increases through food consumption. If the meter shows 90%, your health will slowly regenerate, but if it shows 0%, you will start to lose health accordingly.

NPC Villages with Farms and Boundaries

- Players will be able to claim lands in villages.
- Villages will have wells.
- Villages will have NPC blacksmiths who will use lava.

- Treasure rooms will increase in size and acquire corridors, stairs, and doors.

Completely New Biome Code
- New biomes have been added.
